Kyle Brown is the owner of Clawhammer Supply, a small scale distillation and brewing equipment company which he founded in 2009. His passion is teaching people about the many uses of distillation equipment as well as how to make beer at home. When he isn't brewing beer or writing about it, you can find him at his local gym or on the running trail.

  • I live in the Yukon, in Canada’s true north, Where the winter’s are long and dark, I started making moonshine as a hobby, but also as a means to quench my thirst. I get my water from pure fresh crystal ice on the river. I’ve started experimenting with the whiskey wood sticks and recently ordered the fire bomb cinnamon whiskey spice. I enjoy creating shine and memories with my friends. a traditionally southern hobby has found its way to the far north, where I believe the purest shine has been made…So if you can part with some of those whiskey sticks that would be sweet..thnx
