Shipping and Tracking Details

Shipping Schedule: We ship daily Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 10am eastern will ship the same day. Orders placed after that generally ship the next day.

We ship the larger items via UPS ground while we ship the smaller items via USPS. When your item ships you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items you will receive an email confirmation for each package that ships.

Tracking: Tracking notifications are sent VIA email automatically. If you have not received a tracking check your spam folder. Notifications often end up in spam folders.

Shipping Costs: - Free to the Lower 48 states. For home delivery, we ship our still kits, stills, and brewing kits via UPS. We ship most of the smaller accessories via USPS. If the address is a PO Box, we will always use USPS.

The shopping cart will update the shipping cost for orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii: Smaller Orders ship via USPS and larger items typically ship via UPS.

Shipping Cost to Canada

We do ship to Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. We ship the larger items via DHL and the smaller items via USPS. Customers will be responsible for customs/duty fees on the receiving end.
