His passion is teaching people about the many uses of distillation equipment as well as how to make beer at home. AT the moment I make about 6 gallons a month, I us a maple and white oak barrel to age my springwater, It’s take time to get the right carmel color and favor. I enjoy you web site. I take great pleasure in people keeping the tradition alive and well. You know its hard to fine a good spring these days.
