If you could forward me a copy, i’d appreciate it. i’m interested in producing apple brandy as i make cider from english apple varieties and thought i’d try my hand at distillation, the calvados’ are getting rather expensive, at least the good tasting ones seem to cost a small fortune. hope to receive it soon. thanks
