Product Details

A coconut brown ale blends the classic malty character of a brown ale – think caramel, toffee, and somewhat roasty notes – with the tropical sweetness of coconut. This unique combination creates a smooth, medium-bodied beer with a lingering sweetness and a touch of dryness.

This coconut brown ale offers a unique and flavorful experience, combining the classic malt character of a brown ale with the  flavors of coconut. It's a great option for those who enjoy both brown ales and fruit beers.

Our coconut brown ale kit includes all the high-quality ingredients you need to brew your own 5 gallon batch of this delicious beer.

I put the beer in the coconut!

I made this kit in mid-February and bottle conditioned it during the first half of March. By the end of March, it was tasting great! Its akin to drinking a liquid almond joy/mounds, but in a good way? Mine only came in around 5.4% because I overestimated the boil-off rate, but I am very happy with how this turned out and will likely make it again next fall.
