Smart LCD Control Panel

Precision Mashing & Quick Cooling
Capable of handling up to 15 lbs of grain. This system features fully programmable step mashing with seven adjustable temperature/time stages. A built-in grain screen helps keep solids out of your wort during the process. It’s built for brewers who want control over every detail. Once the boil is complete, an optional stainless steel immersion chiller or plate chiller helps you chill your wort quickly and efficiently.
External Pump for Easy Access & Versatility
This system features an externally mounted recirculation pump, giving you easy access for cleaning, draining, or troubleshooting without opening up the entire unit. The external placement also makes it simple to hook up additional (optional) gear like a counterflow chiller or plate chiller for faster, more efficient wort cooling. During mash, the pump keeps wort circulating through a sturdy, easy-to-clean recirculation arm, helping maintain even temperatures and improving efficiency. With a dedicated pump switch and flow control valve, you’re fully in command of your brewing process.
