Pineapple & Pine • Australia's Answer to Galaxy

Vic Secret is an Australian variety released in 2013 from the same breeding program that produced Topaz. It brings clean pineapple and light pine with a touch of passionfruit, brighter and less sweaty than Galaxy, which makes the two a natural pairing in tropical IPAs.

Alpha acids run high, around 15.5%, but the aroma is the point. Vic Secret shows its best character in the whirlpool and dry hop; extended boiling dulls the fruit.

Usage Recommendations
