LalBrew Verdant IPA was isolated in partnership with the UK's Verdant Brewing Co., a brewery whose hazy IPAs earned a cult following, and it brings that house character to a dry sachet: ripe apricot and stone fruit esters over a soft, bready malt backdrop. It leaves a rounder, fuller body than a clean American strain, exactly what a modern hazy wants.

Moderate attenuation keeps some sweetness and mouthfeel in the finished beer, and it plays beautifully with heavy dry hops. It's equally at home in classic English styles where an estery, full-bodied ferment is the point.
