LalBrew Voss is a true Norwegian kveik strain, passed down through generations of farmhouse brewers and now available as a shelf-stable dry yeast. Its defining trick is heat: Voss ferments clean at temperatures that would wreck ordinary ale strains, happily working from the upper 60s all the way past 95°F with no fusel harshness.
At kveik speed a beer can reach terminal gravity in 2 to 3 days, with a subtle orange-citrus ester profile that stays out of the way of hops and malt alike. No temperature control? Summer garage brewing? Voss doesn't care.
