Shipping and Tracking Details
Shipping Schedule: We ship daily, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 10am Eastern will ship the same day. Orders placed after that generally ship the next day.
Tracking: Tracking notifications are sent via email automatically. If you ordered multiple items, you will receive a separate confirmation for each package that ships. If you have not received a tracking email, check your spam folder. Notifications often end up there.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on most orders delivered to the Lower 48 states. A small number of items are excluded, listed below.
Please note: some items do not qualify for free shipping.
This includes all brewing and distilling ingredients, such as grain, hops, yeast, adjuncts and water salts, along with a small number of individual products.
Where an item is excluded, we say so on the product page. Your cart will always show the exact shipping cost before you check out, so there are no surprises at the last step.
We price ingredients this way on purpose. Building shipping into the cost of every bag of grain would raise ingredient prices for everyone, whether you are ordering one pound or twenty, so we would rather charge the real cost.
The shopping cart will calculate shipping for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Carriers
We ship larger items such as still kits, stills and brewing systems via UPS. Smaller accessories and ingredients generally ship via USPS. If the address is a PO Box, we will always use USPS.
Shipping to Canada
We do ship to Canada. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Larger items ship via UPS or DHL and smaller items ship via USPS. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees on the receiving end.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS, USPS and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and larger items typically ship via UPS or DHL while smaller items ship via USPS. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees on the receiving end.
