Privacy Policy

We are very serious about privacy protection and will not share your information with anyone, for any reason, ever. We sell boxes of copper parts and what you do with the parts is your business.

Shipping

We now ship daily! Tracking numbers are automatically issued by UPS (VIA email) once we print the shipping label. Please do not hesitate to call or email with questions regarding the status of your order.

Warranty and Refunds

We offer full refund, no questions asked, on complete, unused, unmarked, kits within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is buyers expense. If the kit has been modified in any way, we will not accept the return. Please watch all assembly videos before beginning your project so you know what you're getting yourself into!
