It includes a 240v digital controller and heating element, and is built from 100% food grade 304 stainless steel. A single water boiler pairs with two plant holders and steam diversion valves for continuous production, running batches back to back without shutting down. Steam one plant holder while you unload and repack the other, then turn the valve to feed the second holder and keep distilling, with no wait for a boiler to cool and reheat between runs. Load lavender, rosemary, peppermint, rose, chamomile, or just about any aromatic herb or flower and keep production moving. THE 240 VOLT 3 Vessel CHAMBER ESSENTIAL OIL DISTILLER KIT INCLUDES

• 240v digital controller and heating element adapter kit.
• Three 8 gallon stainless steel boilers. (one for boiling water and two for plant material)
• Two large stainless steel butterfly valves for steam diversion. (to route steam to each plant holder)
• Two false bottoms for plant material. (one per plant holder)
• Sight Glass Tube. (to monitor the liquid level)
• Three distillation columns and two condensers.
• Three built in safety pressure relief valves (PRVs), set to 5psi.
• All necessary tri clamps, fittings and gaskets.

WHY TWO PLANT HOLDERS & STEAM DIVERSION VALVES

• Continuous production, batch after batch. Steam one plant holder while you unload and repack the other. When the first batch is spent, turn the valve to feed the second holder and it starts right away, so the still keeps producing instead of sitting idle.
• No cooldown between batches. Because the single water boiler never has to stop, you skip the long wait to cool, empty, refill, and bring a boiler back up to temperature every time you reload.
• Keep your botanicals separate. Load lavender in one holder and peppermint in the other, run them one after the other, and collect each oil and hydrosol on its own.
• Full control of your steam. The diversion valves let you direct steam to whichever plant holder is loaded and ready, so you decide exactly when each batch runs.
• One boiler to heat means better efficiency. You only bring a single water boiler up to temperature, giving you steady output with the simplicity and energy use of one heat source.
• Isolate and service on the fly. Close a valve to take a plant holder offline for reloading or cleaning without shutting the whole system down.

Just getting started, or distilling for yourself at home? Our 120v dual chamber system runs on a standard household outlet and produces the same high quality oils and hydrosols at a gentler pace. The 240v simply gets you there faster when volume is the priority.

Every kit includes our 240v heating element and digital controller for precise, repeatable temperature control right out of the box. The boilers can also be used on hot plates or over open flames such as wood, propane, and natural gas if you ever need an alternate heat source, but the system runs best and most efficiently on our element and controller.
