BIAB Spray Valve Kit

I purchased the spray valve to use with an Anvil Foundry system, as a replacement for the basic stainless return tube provided in their recirculation kit. The valve worked well and was easy to install using Anvil's tri-clamp lid adapter. The performance was as expected, minus two problems. First, it occasionally gets clogged with grain. The problem is simple to remedy via cleaning, but it can be annoying in the middle of a mash. Second, I found that recirculating constantly on the Foundry leads to stuck mashes, and it works much better to wait until the end of the mash to recirculate. It also helps to recirculate after pulling the grain basket, as which point you can't use the lid, so the spray valve is useless. Overall, the value worked as intended, but it was not as useful as I had hoped.
