This is the easy way to brew beer at home. This Blonde Ale recipe kit comes with every pre-measured ingredient you need to brew Martin's Centennial Blonde, a 5-gallon all-grain batch, from grain to glass.
Centennial Blonde is one of the most-brewed homebrew recipes going, a light blonde ale that leans harder on hops than most of its kind. The base is pale and easy, but Centennial and Cascade push it toward citrus and light floral notes, giving a sessionable beer more aroma than its color implies.
At 4.5% it stays crisp and low in body, the sort of thing that disappears fast on a warm day. It is a common first all-grain recipe for good reason: forgiving to brew, quick to drink, and a clean way to feature American hops without much malt in the way.
