This might be the easiest way to make beer you will find. This Weissbier recipe kit comes with every pre-measured ingredient you need to brew Martin's Strawberry Wheat, a 5-gallon all-grain batch, from grain to glass.
Weissbier is Bavaria's cloudy wheat beer, brewed for centuries under Munich's watch and traditionally poured into a tall vase glass that shows off its haze. A large proportion of malted wheat gives it a soft, pillowy body and a white head that lasts. The base is pale and gentle, with little bitterness, built to refresh rather than challenge.
This version leans into summer. Strawberries fold fruit and a blush of color into the wheat base, and a fruit-forward yeast keeps things clean enough to let the berry read clearly. You add the strawberries yourself during fermentation, so you set how much fruit character lands in the glass.
